1. Wire has one large loop and one small loop on the ends. Pass the wire end with the small loop through the slot in the base, then over stud.
2. Then turn arm to reveal slotted head and thread wire through the slot to guide wire
3. Then place the large loop over the anchor screw on the flip lever on the handle.
4. While flipping the lever into place, pressure must be exerted on the cutter arm to allow the wire to be tightened securely.
5. Force lever over slowly to tension wire. Check that wire stays centered in the slot on the flip lever.
